With free wi-fi internet access, the whole villa is fully air conditioned. Four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, luxurious décor and thick stone walls, fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining area, make Villa Palazzo Dubrovnik comfortable holiday home for 8 people.
The main traits of the villa interior include a dose of classic sophistication, coupled with selected pieces of art, and bold and contemporary details. As you enter from the front outside terrace into the voluminous lounge with sofa, Sat lcd tv, barren stone walls, spot interesting paintings and amphorae among the décor. On the other side of the living room wall, up a few stairs, there’s a fully equipped kitchen and a separate, interesting dining area with a dining table and chairs.
Two of the 4 bedrooms, one of them master, are on the ground floor. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and are spacious. Equipped in high-quality bed and bed ware, sophisticated lighting and neutral décor, these rooms grow on you in no time. Indoor stairs leads you on the upper floor with two other double bedrooms which have slanted ceilings integrated into the luxury design.
Through the main gate, enter into a shaded stone courtyard centered on an outdoor dining table for 8 and a lounge corner, introducing you the essence of Dubrovnik living: leisure. The central feature of the terrace, the stone well, accentuates the Villa’s historic dimension.
To your right, the terraced garden area descends to a pool and a terrace with loungers. The 7m x 4m pool is the place to swap the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik’s popular beaches for a relaxed afternoon sunbathing in the quiet.
At the end of the front courtyard, find a small annex, like a corner for health and beauty comprising a GYM, HOT TUB, SAUNA and a bathroom. From the annex, up a few stairs to the left, one of the most appealing features of this Villa: the intimate dining terrace, overlooking Revelin fortress, the eastern tip of Lokrum and a splash of the blue Adriatic.
From the villa it is easy to explore the whole town and enjoy on the beach without a car. All of Dubrovnik beaches are within walking distance, Buza rocky beach below the old town walls, Banje beach or Sveti Jakov pebble beach as well as the boat to the beaches on romantic Lokrum Island. Also, from the Gruz harbour there are everyday ferry lines to the nearby Elafiti islands: Sipan, Lopud and Kolocep.
