Only 200m walk from the villa and you will find yourself on a stunning beach in hidden bay of Soline perfect for soaking up the sun or swimming in the crystal clear Adriatic Sea.

It is also possible to reach the Old Town of Dubrovnik by boat, starting at the neighboring city of Cavtat only 5 km from the villa, famous for its numerous historical sites as well as cultural events and seaside restaurants serving traditional specialities and famous croatian wines.

Explore medevial town of Dubrovnik, old town walls, cultural heritage of The Rector’s and Sponza Palaces, the Cathedral or Europe’s oldest pharmacy housed within the Franciscan Monastery. Villa Bellevue interior is stylish decorated with touch of luxury, well furnished with high quality wooden furniture and equipped with all modern amenities including Sauna. The whole house is air conditioned, excellent connected with outdoor lounge area and terrace over which you approach the villa.

You enter the villa on the groundfoor through veranda full of sun light in the spacious living room with leather sofa, armchairs, coffe table and Sat Lcd Tv. The same part of the living area is dining room with dining table and chairs as well as fully equipped open plan kitchen with coffee machine, fridge and all amenities. On the groundfloor there is small utility room and also one separated toilet.

Indoor stairs leads you up on the first floor in the sleeping area. Here on the first floor there is one twin bedroom with balcony and sofa which can be converted into one double bed. The second bedroom on the first floor consists one double bed and balcony with amazing sea view. On the first floor there is also one bathroom with toilet, washing machine as well as the second fully equipped kitchen with dining table, chairs and exit to the balcony with sunbeds from where you can enjoy in the view to the pool soaking up the sun.

Over the indoor stars you enter the second, top floor of this unique villa with 2 double bedrooms, each with balcony with sea view. All of the bedrooms in the villa are equipped with Sat Lcd TV.

On the second floor there are 2 bathrooms; the first bigger one with Jacuzzi bath, shower, toilet and two washbasins. The same part of this bathroom is Finnish Sauna. The second bathroom has shower and toilet.

The whole villa has Free Wi - Fi internet access.

Surrounded by lush Mediterranean garden, olive groves, flowers and oak trees, perfectly fitted on the secluded spot above the sea, Villa Bellevue is built of high quality white Dalmatian stone with spacious outdoor terrace where you can enjoy in splendid sea view.

Relax and unwind in front of the villa in private swimming pool which measures 10 m x 5m with outside shower, sunbeds and parasols. Here right by the pool there is covered outdoor lounge area with outside furniture, sofa and armchairs perfect for the first morning coffee or watching the sunsets accompanied with the glass of wine.

You can also enjoy dining Al Fresco on the covered outdoor dining area with dining table and chairs comfortable for up to 10 persons and BBQ.
