The whole villa is surrounded by an extensive and luscious garden with outdoor lounge area with pool and terraces areas of differing sizes and over differing levels that can be utilized in many ways. Pebble beach „Copacabana” and chic „Coral” beach with lounge bar and restaurant are also in vicinity of the villa.

Modern equipped and luxury decorated with stylish furniture this villa is splitted on three levels. You enter the villa over the outside terrace directly on the groundfloor in the living area with sofa, armchairs, coffee table , fireplace and sat lcd tv with dvd and stereo. The same part of the living room is open plan dining room with wooden dining table and chairs to seat 9. On the groundfloor there is also fully equipped modern kitchen with oven, cooker, dishwasher, tea/coffee maker, fridge and all other amenities. From the kitchen you exit on the outside terrace with bbq and outdoor dining area . There is one guest toilet on this floor and utility room with washing machine.

Indoor stairs leads you on the upper two floors. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms each with ensuited bathroom, toilet , sat tv and common balcony with sea view. In the attic on the second floor there is one double bedroom with balcony, bathroom with toilet, one single bedroom with sat tv and one extra double bedroom.

The whole villa is Air-conditioned and has free WI-FI Internet access.

Villa is perfectly fitted in the Mediterranean ambience above the pebble beach and surrounded with garden and spacious outside terrace. The outside terrace with lounge area, outdoor dining table and chairs are perfect for dining Al Fresco in the relaxing sea ambience. Outside of the villa there is barbecue and summer kitchen equipped with cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher , fridge and one extra toilet. In front of the villa there is heated private swimming pool which measures 6m x 4m x 1,4m depth with ladders and outside shower.

Relax and unwind soaking up the sun on the sunbeds by the pool in complete privacy. If you want to swim in the crystal clear sea the pebble beach is only few steps away from the villa.
