Overlooking the crystal clear Adriatic Sea and nearby islands across the charming Mlini harbour villa consists four bedrooms and offers complete privacy on your family holiday with the ambience of true Mediterranean as it once was.

The villa is surrounded by 1100 m2 spacious lovely garden with Mediterranean vegetation and palm trees fenced with old stone walls great for summer outdoor living and dining Al fresco. Completely renovated with touch of luxury it was originally built in the 16th century in a combination of gothic and renaissance style. Today, this luxury heritage villa is protected by Institute for protection of cultural monuments in Dubrovnik

A numerous shops, restaurants, caffe bars in Mlini are in a walking distance from the property. During the summer months, there is an hourly boat connection Dubrovnik-Cavtat-Dubrovnik with a stop in Mlini.

Dubrovnik old town,the Unesco heritage site, with its famous city walls, medevial square „Stradun“ is only 10 min drive away from this exclusive holiday villa as well as the Dubrovnik Airport and charming town of Cavtat.

This sylish villa with amazing sea view and spacious interior full of sun light is luxury furnished with high end amenities respecting the old mediterranean architectural style. With 4 bedrooms it is comfortable house for up to 8 persons. The villa is consisted of a basement with a laundry room, toilet and private garage, the first and the second floor.

The first floor: The main entrance door leads into a hallway followed by a spacious living room decorated with antique furniture, sofa, armchairs equipped with satellite Lcd TV. From the living room, you enter into a dining room with a dining table and chairs for up to ten persons. The fully equipped kitchen is the part of the dining area and consists all the necessary amenities: stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, wine fridge. Both the dining room and the kitchen have access to the outside terrace with dining table where you can enjoy in breath-taking view of the Mlini bay.

The second floor: The main entrance door leads into a hallway which leads into 4 double bedrooms with sea view. Two double bedrooms can accommodate additional bed for children. All rooms have their own ensuited bathrooms with toilet.

The whole villa is air conditioned and has wi-fi Internet access.

Relax and unwind in the green ambience of the mediterranean garden in front of the villa or dining al fresco on the outside terrace with splendid sea view. The garden features a variety of Mediterranean vegetation (palm trees, cypress, oranges, lemons, olives, mimosa and seasonal flowers) where you can enjoy in complete privacy. A barbecue is also available in the garden as well as the outdoor lounge area by the pool.

A private pool with roman stairs and outside shower measures 7,5m x 4m with depth of 1,5m. It is perfectly fitted in the garden with sunbeds and parasols great for relaxing on the sun.

Only few steps walk away from the villa and you are on the lovely pebble beach in Mlini.
