For our guests convenience, the Welcome Desk, located on the Ground floor of the villa ( as well as Private Garage), will be pleased to arrange sightseeing tours of Dubrovnik or day tours to surrounding areas, boat trips, yacht charters, limousine service, car rentals or other Concierge services.

You enter the villa over the outside terrace or with glass elevator from the garage on the groundfloor, directly in the elegant living room on the first floor with open view to the sea and amazing terrace with private pool. The same part of this spacious living area with sofa, coffe table and Sat tv, DVD, stereo system is dining room with dining table and chairs as well as fully equipped modern kitchen with cooker, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave. On this floor there are two double luxury bedrooms which you enter from the living area. Each of these bedrooms has ensuite bathroom/wc with jetted bathub, sat tv and balcony with sea view

A glass elevator will leads you up from the living room on the upper floor of this charming house and it can be programmed to access each floor separately. On the upper second floor there are another two spacious double bedrooms with splendid sea view each with ensuite bathroom / wc with bathtub, sat tv and amazing view to the sea and Dubrovnik old town.

The third, top floor of this villa consists two luxury suites each with balcony, kitchenette, living area with sofa and sat tv as well as ensuite bathroom /wc with jetted bathtub. These suites on the top floor have separated entrances. You enter on this floor through the garden via outdoor stairs. In the villa there is also utility room with washing machine as well as extra kitchen with fridge on the groundfloor next to the garage which is connected with upper floors with glass elevator as well.

Luxury Villa Dubrovnik is modern mediterranean villa nestled on the secluded position surrounded by well cared for garden and terrace decorated with Mediterranean plants. The whole villa exterior is designed with touch of luxury and made of white stone respecting the old Dubrovnik architectural style and sea ambient.

In front of villa there is a private swimming pool with roman stairs, Jacuzzi perfectly fitted on the terrace with sunbeds, parasols and outside shower. The pool measures 7m x 3m with depth of 1,5m.

Sun terraces are furnished with plush wicker lounge chairs and teak tables from which sea views and garden fragrances can be enjoyed. “Glorijet”, a terrace covered with a traditional red tile roof and perched on the uppermost level of the complex, provides an authentic Mediterranean outdoor living experience, which is ideal for parties, barbeques, cocktails, gala dinners Al Fresco or informal lunches.
