The first Floor (42 m2 ) Here on the first floor there is one bedroom with double bed and private ensuite bathroom/wc. This room is completely separated from the rest of the apartment and offers comfortable lodging for guests or business partners.
The second Floor ( 57 m2 ) The large and airy living room tastefully incorporates exposed stone walls, age old beams, and antique wooden floors with comfortable contemporary furniture, sofa, armchairs, table, and bookcase, satellite TV with Dvd. It is an ideal place for quiet reading, relaxing or entertaining. An antique “Windof” used for open fire cooking more than one hundred years ago, is very well preserved, adding to the perfect blend of old and new. Separated by the central stairway, the dining room with table and chairs for 6 people, extends from the open plan and fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and all modern amenities.
Third Floor ( 58 m2 ) Another two bedrooms are located on the third floor: The master bedroom with en suite bathroom/wc, and a second bedroom with twin beds, also with private bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with bedside tables, wardrobe, table, chairs and armchairs. Both bathrooms offer wash-basins, bathtubs, showers, hairdryers.
Villa Old Town exterior is typicall old Dubrovnik historical building from the 16th century located in the small old town Dordićeva Street only few meters away from Stradun , the famous main old town square.
From the villa it is easy to explore the whole town and enjoy on the beach without a car. All of Dubrovnik beaches are within walking distance , Buza rocky beach below the old town walls, Banje beach or Sveti Jakov pebble beach as well as the boat to the beaches on romantic Lokrum Island. Also, from the Gruz harbour there are everyday ferry lines to the nearby Elafiti islands: Sipan, Lopud and Kolocep.
