Luxury furnished and designed in the contemporary Mediterranean style using the finest natural materials and white stone, villa offers full comfort for up to 8 people with 4 comfortable bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and spacious living area directly connected to the private pool above the sea.

The swimming pool is perfectly fitted in front of the villa with sunbeds, parasols as well as the small private beach only few stairs below the pool area.

Property Inside

Fully air conditioned with free wi-fi Internet access, a spacious villa interior is luxury equipped, full of sun light with a sea view almost from every angle inside the house through the "floor to ceiling" glass windows. You enter the villa on the top first floor over the stone staircase below the parking.

Here on the first floor there is a sleeping area with 4 large bedrooms each with Sat flat Tv. The first master double bedroom consists the en-suite bathroom, dressing room and open glass walls with a sea view. Another two sea view double bedrooms also have a private bathrooms, wardrobes as well as seafront terrace. The fourth double bedroom consists a bathroom and a study area with Sat plasma TV and DVD.

Indoor wooden stairs leads you down on the ground floor where you can enjoy in the luxury designed living room with armchairs, two sofas, fireplace, TV lounge with a projector screen, satellite, DVD. The same part of the living area is a dining room with a wooden dining table and chairs to seat 10, a breakfast bar with bar chairs as well as luxury equipped open plan Miele kitchen with direct access to the outside terrace and private pool. Here on the groundfloor also there is a storage room with Miele washing machine and dryer.

Villa has floor heating and a “smart home” remote control system for the regulation of the temperature and adjustments of lights.
