Enjoy in pleasant summer evening strolling over the seaside promenade in the nearby old town of Orebic (9 km) and dining in one of the finest restaurants with sea food delicacies. Here in Orebic you will also find the nearest shops, bars as well as everyday ferry to island of Korcula.

Discover the true medevial Mediterranean in the charming town of Korcula, the birthplace of Marco Polo. From the nearby Prapratno (40km away) with everyday boat lines you can visit the island of Mljet, one of the most beatifull National Parks in Croatia.

This unique complex of two completely restored 200 years old mediterranean villas one by another excellent connected with outside stone terrace is completely air conditioed with free wi fi Internet access.

You enter in the first building over the seaside terrace by the pool directly on the groundfloor in the living room with armchair, two sofas, coffee table, sat tv. On the same floor there is a double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a shower room with toilet and one extra separated toilet. The first floor of this first building is accessed over the outside stone stairs from to a terrace directly in the small living room with sofa, table and chair, sat tv and a kitchenette with fridge. On this floor there is also one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, as well as shower room with toilet and one extra separated toilet.

Between the two buildings is a nice garden with a barbecue and big dining table from where you enter the second building on the groundfloor in the spacious modern open plan kitchen fully equipped with all amenities. The same part of the kitchen there is a dining room with dining table and chairs, fireplace and sat flat tv. Off here is a utility room with a washing machine.

On the first floor of this second building you enter over the outside stairs in the living area with TV and kitchenette with fridge plus table and chairs. Here there is one double bedroom, and one twin bedroom plus a shower room with toilet.

This private authentic Mediterranean villa offers a lot of outside space (700m²), lovely outdoor terrace with a dining table, chairs and bbq perfect to enjoy dining al fresco in relaxing sea ambience under the century-old palm trees.

A private swimming pool with stairs, sunbeds and outside shower (25m²) is perfectly fitted in the suuny garden in front of the villa. Outdoor lounge area above the pool with a sea view and outdoor furniture is great ´relax - zone´ far away from everyday stress.

Beside the villa there is a parking place.
