Located right on the white pebble beach in a small charming place of Prizba on the southern part of Korcula island, White Beach Villa is a brand new luxury house and comfortable holiday home for up to 8 people. With a spectacular sea view and complete privacy of 1000m², villa is surrounded by lovely seaside garden and sunny terrace with outdoor furniture and lounge area perfect for dining al fresco during the warm summer evenings.

Relax and unwind in the heated private pool in front of the villa and soaking up the Mediterranean sun on the sun deck accompanied by good book or glass of famous local wines from the island of Korcula. Luxury furnished and designed in the contemporary Mediterranean style villa is full of sun light and consists 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms as well as Sauna and small gym.

Only few steps from the house and you are on the pebble beach perfect for swimming and snorkeling in the crystal clear Adriatic Sea.

A nearby restaurants with sea delicacies, bars and local shop are within walking distance from the villa here in Prizba. Also, it is possible to rent a bikes and a boats in Prizba, and explore the beauties of the island by yourself. In the nearby town of Vela Luka, 20 min away, you can find the wider choices of great restaurants by the sea, bars and groceries. We recommend to visit the medevial town of Korcula, the birthplace of Marco Polo with unique architecture, stone paved streets full of great seaside restaurants, bars and shops as well as cultural events such as Moreska sword dance.

Designed in a modern Mediterranean style and well furnished with a touch of luxury, the whole villa interior is air conditioned with free wi-fi Internet access.

You enter the villa over the seaside terrace directly on the groundfloor in the spacious living area with Sat flat Tv, angle sofa and armchairs. The same part of the living area is a dining room with a dining table and chairs to seat 8 as well as fully equipped open plan modern kitchen with breakfast bar, bar chairs, ice maker, wine cooler, coffee machine and all other amenities. On this floor there is also one bathroom and utility room with washing machine.

Indoor stairs leads you on the upper level in the sleeping area with 4 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, Sat flat tv and sea view. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms each with a balcony and sea view. Another 2 double bedrooms with sea view are on the top, second floor.

In the small annex building beside the pool there is a Finnish sauna and a small gym.

Enjoy dining al fresco in a relaxing ambience or in the first morning coffee on the outside seaside terrace with a lounge area, outdoor funiture, dining table and barbecue. A private heated pool with stairs and outside shower is perfectly fitted in front of the villa as well as sun deck with sunbeds and parasols.

Only few steps from the private pool and you are on the unique pebble beach.
