Indoor jacuzzi is one of the attractions of the house, with big windows with a sea view and its location next to the pool area it represents a lot of excitment even during the rainy days. Newly renovated with a touch of luxury, the villa interior is stylish decorated with direct connection with an outside terrace and a private pool in the sunny garden. The villa is fully air conditioned with free wi-fi Internet access and offers 145 square meters of inner space on two floors.
You enter the villa on the groundfloor in the living room with sofa, armchairs, Sat lcd tv. The same part of the living area is a dining room with a dining table and chairs to seat 8. Here there is also fully equipped modern kitchen. On this floor there is one double bedroom as well as one separated bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
Off the living/dining room you can enjoy in the indoor jacuzzi with tv and wonderfull view to the pool and sea garden. Indoor stairs leads you up on the first floor with 3 double bedrooms; one Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet as well an one separated bathroom with shower and toilet.
Relax and unwind in the sunny garden in front of the house with a private pool (40m2) soaking up the sun on the sunbeds or swimming in the crystal clear sea only two steps from the villa.
Outside terrace with direct access to the sea and outdoor dining table, chairs, bbq, is perfect for the first morning coffee or dining al fresco watching the silent blue bay of Zaton.
