Overlooking the crystal clear Adriatic Sea, nestled on the splendid spot with a private beach, Jacuzzi and private infinity pool on the sunny seaside terrace, this unique luxury villa is a real oasis by the sea. Surrounded by a Mediterranean garden and lush pine trees, rosemary, lavander here you will enjoy in complete privacy accompanied with the sound of the sea waves. Located in a quiet bay of Puntinak near town of Sumartin on the southeastern side of island Brac, Villa Sea Oasis is a comfortable holiday home for up to 14 people with 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and spacious luxury equipped interior. Spend unforgettable moments dining al fresco in the blue ambience on the seaside stone paved terrace with an outdoor lounge and dining area, bbq or just relax soaking up the sun on the sunbeds right above the sea.

Only 10 meters below the villa and you are on the private beach. If you wish to explore the most beautifull bays and beaches on island Brac and nearby island Hvar with the boat, OUR STAFF will care for you and organise all you wish during your stay.

Enjoy in evening strollings over the seaside promenade in nearby Sumartin or in one of the seaside bars and restaurants with a mediterranean delicacies accompanied by the famous croatian wines. Also here in Sumartin there are the nearest groceries and bakeries. A lovely village of Bol with famous Golden Cape beach (Zlatni Rat), the natural phenomenon and the most beautifull beach in Croatia is only 20 min drive away from your villa.

Property Inside

The villa interior is stylish decorated with a touch of luxury using the finest materials and the famous Brac stone. Fully air-conditioned with free wi-fi intenet access, the whole interior is full of sun light and perfectly connected with the outside area by the sea. The villa consisits 3 floors: ground floor, mezzanine and the first floor.

GROUNDFLOOR:

You enter on the groundfloor directly from the outside seaside terrace in the living room with sofa, fireplace, coffee table and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. (full cooking can be arranged by the villa managers). Here there is a dining room with a dining table, chairs and guest toilet. Also on this floor there is one spacious double bedroom with one additional single bed and bathroom.

MEZZANINE:

Stone stairs lead you up on the mezzanine level ( on this floor there is also the main entrance to the villa from the parking behind the house) with 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom each with ensuite bathroom. Here on this floor there are also 3 living rooms completed with plasma satellite TV/DVD and three terraces (one with a table tennis table).

THE FIRST FLOOR:

The first, top floor is a penthouse with a balcony, one twin bedroom with 2 single beds and one double bedroom with king size bed which consists one additional single bed too, and 2 luxury designed bathrooms with a bathtub. On this floor there is also a kitchenette and sitting room with a Sat flat tv, Dvd.

The villa decor is a fresh cream French style, the furniture is all new but constructed in an antique style. Beautiful cream bedding with matching cushions, each room a little different. Large fluffy bath sheets. Nautical beach towels, hand made soaps, Each bed in the villa is brand new and a high quality - a good bed makes for a great holiday. Each are dressed with high thread count bed linen. There is a wide selection of pillow types to choose from - these are all brand new each season.

Property Outside

Outdoor terraces give plenty of space for relaxing . Enjoy swimming in the private infinity pool in front of the villa or in Jacuzzi with amazing sea view. Sundeck right above the sea with sunbeds, hammock is perfect to soaking up the sun in complete privacy. A large day bed with loads of cushions can be found here - perfect to read a book and look onto the sea with a cappuccino or cocktail. In front of the villa there is an outdoor dining area with bbq, dining table and chairs to seat 14, great for dining al fresco.

From here you stroll into the Adriatic sea, there are steps right into the crystal water and small private beach. There is also a buoy available to tie up the resident boat (extra charge) complete with licensed skipper who is very experienced in the fantastic places to take clients from lavender fields, crystal clear bays with a little restaurants.

Parking is beside the villa.
