Villa consists 8 bedrooms; 6 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms (each of the twin bedrooms has two single beds great for the kids) so it is comfortable property for 12 people with four kids.
Only few steps from the villa there is a small gravel beach with easy approach into the sea. Few minutes drive away and you are in Pirovac, a charming mediterranean town on the Adriatic coast with lovely harbour and seaside promenade with a numerous of bars, restaurants and shops.
If you decide to stay at villa Sea Dream be sure to visit nearby charming town Biograd na Moru as well as Sibenik, only about 25 min drive away from the villa, the medieval Mediterranean town rich in cultural with the St. James Cathedral and historical heritage with numerous bars and restaurants - guaranteeing a gastronomic delight which will satisfy everyone's taste!
Don't forget to visit the small nearby town of Skradin and Kornati islands as well as the National Park Krka with Skradinski Buk and Roski Slap waterfalls, whose diversity of flora and fauna will not leave you indifferent.

Villa Sea Dream interior is spacious full of sun light great for the holiday for the families or larger groups. This property is divided in several parts.
You enter the villa directly on the ground floor in the 150 m² spacious living room equipped with a Sat Lcd TV, Dvd and fireplace with the exit to the outside seaside terrace with a pool. The same part of the living area is fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and a dining room with a dining table and chairs. Here there is utility room, too.
Outdoor stairs leads you on the upper floor with two apartments. Each of these 150m² spacious apartments spread on two floors . On the first lower level of each apartment there is a master bedroom with a king size bed with private bathroom with massage shower, toilet as well as twin bedroom (bunk beds) and a separated extra toilet. On this level there is also a large living area with open plan dining room and fully equipped kitchen a large balcony with stunning sea view. A spiral indoor stairs leads to the upper floor of each apartment with two large double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a separated toilet.
The whole villa is air conditioned and has wi-fi Internet access.
The villa exterior is perfectly fitted in the relaxing sea ambience surrounded with mediterranean garden and pine trees with direct access to the beach.
Relax and enjoy swimming in the private pool in front of the villa or sunbathing on the sunbeds in complete privacy far away fom everday stress. In front of the villa there is outdoor dining area with outdoor furniture, bbq, outdoor dining tables and chairs perfect for dining Al Fresco accompanied with the sound of sea waves.
The 24m² big private pool with ladders and outside shower overlooks the sea in the garden in front of the house.
In the garden there is also a small playground for the kids.
