You enter the Villa Sea Diamond on the groundfloor in the 250m² of living space fully air-conditioned with free wi-fi Internet access, sumptuous furnished with designer brands like Rolf Benz, Walter Knoll and Natuzzi. The lavish black leather designer couch in the living room lets you relax in style while you watch the large LCD TV or enjoy the warmth of the fireplace.

Here in the living area there is a dining room with a dining table and chairs to seat 10 as well as open plan fully equipped kitchen. The high ceiling gives the ground floor living area with its kitchen and dining room a spacious, open feel. Both the living room and kitchen offer magnificent views through the balcony doors to the covered terrace and the breathtaking scenery beyond.

Indoor stairs leads you up on the first floor in the sleeping area 4 bedrooms completed with en-suite bathrooms three of them suites with box spring beds equipped with a flat-screen TV, hairdryer, makeup mirror, and comfy bathrobes. The 4th, master bedroom includes private balconies along with a freestanding bathroom where you can pamper yourself in luxury.

Expanding the available space in Villa is a roomy wine cellar, complete with its own small kitchen, two beds, and a very impressive stone bathroom. The wine cellar is fully functional as such as well, and boasts an excellent collection of local fine wines. Here you will find a beautiful mahogany table where you can enjoy a delicious meal or a glass of wine or a game of billiards with a simple modification. A couch is available which you can convert into a bed that sleeps two.

Villa Sea Diamond is surrounded by the beauty of nature, embraced by the forest on one side and open to the grandeur of the Adriatic on the other. In front of the house there is a stone paved veranda and large deluxe patio with Infinity Heated pool which also features an authentic stone grill, a Finnish sauna with room for four.

The sauna is located beneath the pool, and features a spacious round window, reminiscent of a large porthole. Through the window, you get a spectacular view of the Adriatic.

The patio is partially covered to provide you with shade on the sunny Adriatic days, and partially open so you can enjoy the magical views of the fjord and the sea beyond. At night, the patio covering lights up with LEDs which mirror the sparkling beauty of the starry sky.

At the foot of the parcel is a carport which can fit up to three vehicles—perfect if you are travelling with a group.
