The villa interior is simply decorated, airy and full of sun light with sea view which stretches from the whole house. Villa is air conditioned and has Wi-Fi Internet access.
You enter inside the house from the terrace outside directly on the groundfloor in the spacious living room with sofa, armchairs, sat lcd tv and hi-fi. Here there is also open plan dining room with dining table, chairs and fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, dishwasher, tea and coffee maker, toaster, fridge/freezer. On this floor there is one bathroom with shower and toilet.
Indoor stairs leads you up on the first floor.
Here there are 2 double bedrooms, each with one double bed and balcony with sea view. The second bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine is on this upper floor as well.
A seaside terrace with splendid view to Dubrovnik old town across the sea is in front of the house settled in a beautiful ambient of the mediterranean garden.
A private swimming pool with roman steps and outside shower is perfectly fitted here on the terrace and measures 6m length, 3,5m width and 1,5m depth. Relax and enjoy soaking up the mediterranean sun on the sunbeds with a parasols by the pool.
On this terrace there is also outdoor dining table and chairs ideal for dining al fresco accompanied with a glass of wine watching the Dubrovnik sunsets and moored luxury yachts in front of old city walls.
