The nearest shops and bars you will find only 2km from the villa.

During your vacation in our villa we recommend to visit a nearby charming town of Primosten and enjoy in splendid sunsets as well as National Park of Krka with gorgeous waterfalls and unspoilted nature. A nearby town of Split with its 1700 years old Diocletians Palace, antique old town and bustling night life is inevitable summer destination.

Villa interior is luxury equipped and exquisitely furnished with designer furniture, lighting, carpets and chic details. Full of sun light, excellent connected with the outside terrace and garden with infinity pool the whole villa inside is air conditioned with free wi-fi Internet access.

The bright and elegant living room on the groundfloor is stylish decorated with fireplace, sat flat tv, large designer sofa and coffee table. A indoor dining room with a dining table and chairs for 10 persons is the same part of the living area with a sea view. Step away from the living/dining room there is a luxury open plan white kitchen fully equipped with all amenities, coffee machine and wine fridge. Here on the groundfloor there is also one guest separated toilet. In the living room extension there is a Jacuzzi bath with a open view to the sea accross the pool. Guests can also enjoy the fully equipped gym and modern sauna with shower on this floor, too.

Indoor stairs leads you on the upper first floor in the sleeping area with two double bedrooms each with sat lcd tv, enclosed bathroom, toilet and sea view. One of the bedrooms on the first floor has its own balcony with amazing blue view, perfect for the first morning coffee. From here again indoor stairs leads you up on the top, second floor of this villa with two double bedrooms, one with the balcony and both with enclosed bathroom, toilet and sat lcd tv. All of the bedrooms feature a safe box.

*The sofa in the living room can be converted into the double bed for additional 2 persons on your request.

Surrounded by Mediterranen garden, villa exterior is modern luxury designed and it is perfect to enjoy dining al fresco in relaxing sea ambience on the outside covered terrace with bbq, outdoor dining table, chairs as well as outside sat flat tv. Relax and unwind in the private infinity pool with a sea view, beautifull night lighting, sunloungers, parasols and outside shower. The pool is salt chlorinated and measures 6m x 4m with max. depth of 1,5m.

Private parking is beside the villa.

Only 2 minutes by walk from the villa there is a lovely bay of Tatinje with natural pebble beach where you can enjoy soaking up the sun and swimming in the crystal clear sea.
