The property is on the famous marble side walk that leads to the Golden Cape ( Zlatni Rat ) beach , the most beautifull beach on the Adriatic coast, immerseing in pine trees and it goes beside the shore. You can just walk and enjoy the smell of the sea and the pine trees together with beautiful sea view. All the way to the main beach you will find a lot of fabulous, smaller beaches with seaside restaurants and summer bars. Here you will also find facilities for diving, water skiing, kayaking, jet skiing ,wind surfing, wellnes centre as well as tennis courts

The whole island Brac is full of hidden beauties where you can dsicover the Mediterranean as it once was. We reccomend you to visit the highest peak on island Brac (778m) on Vidova Gora hill with breathtaking view to the all islands in Split archipelago accross the sea and great traditional restaurant (konoba) with local specialities.
Bol is very well connected with town of Split , the Unesco heritage site , with everyday catamaran lines from Bol harbour as well as with everyday ferries from Supetar.

Interior of the Villa Golden Beach was completely refurbished in 2011, based on combination of traditional stone walls and modern days amenities. Furnishing is done in classic style with matching contemporary pieces. Simplicity in the period details adds to the flavor. Most of the furniture is hand made and designers’ choice.
You enter in the villa from the garden on the groundfloor.
Ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with oven, cooker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and all other modern kitchen amenities. Here by the kitchen there is open plan large living / dining area well furnished with sofa, armchairs, sat flat tv and dining table comfortable for 10 persons as well as a separate toilet and utility room.
Indoor stairs leads you up on the first floor. Here on this upper floor there are four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two master bedrooms overlook the sea and each has its own luxury ensuite bathroom.
The whole villa is air conditioned and has wi-fi Internet access.
The villa is surrounded with mediterranean garden located only few steps from the sea and seaside promenade which leads you directly to the Golden Cape ( Zlatni Rat ) beach. The whole villa exterior and garden is perfect for dining Al Fresco on the outside terrace with bbq and dining table comfortable for up to 10 people. Relax yourself on the outdoor open lounge area or swimming in the private pool and sunbathing on the sunbeds in complete privacy and mediterranen ambience.
A heated private pool with and outside shower is perfectly fitted in front of the house and measures 7m x 3m with depth of 1.5 m.
