Villa is located in village of Trsteno only 20 min drive away from Dubrovnik.

Trsteno is charming peaceful place on Croatian Mediterranean coast in Dubrovnik Riviera well known of Arboretum, the oldest botanical garden in this part of Europe with only few houses and stone villas in the whole village.

Only 50m below the house there is lovely Trsteno harbour and rocky beach where you can enjoy swimming in the crystal clear Adriatic Sea.

The beautiful natural pebble beach is only 5 km away in Brcesine bay.

Only 5 min drive away and you are in Orasac, at DUBROVNIK SUN GARDENS 5 stars RESORT with another lovely pebble beach, luxury resort with bars, caffe bars, shops, tennis courts, gym and the best wellness center in Dubrovnik area.

Property Inside

Villa is approached through the green garden over the outside stairs directly from the parking below the house. The whole villa is completely air-conditioned with free Wi-Fi Internet access.

You enter this private villa on the ground floor in the spacious living area with a leather sofa, armchairs, wooden floors, coffee table, Sat LCD TV, DVD and a fireplace. The whole villa interior is well furnished, full of sun light and decorated with a touch of luxury. The same part of the living area is a fully equipped high-end kitchen with all facilities including oven, stove, cooker, tea and coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer as well as the open plan dining room with a dining table and chairs comfortable for six persons. Also, here there is one shower room with toilet. From the living/ dining room you exit on the seaside covered balcony with amazing sea view, outdoor grill, dining table and chairs, perfect place for the first morning coffee or afternoon siesta with a glass of famous Croatian wine. Indoor stairs leads you up from the living room to the sleeping area on the first floor with 3 double bedrooms all with sea view and Sat Lcd TV. (*in one bedroom double bed can be converted into two single beds). Two of the bedrooms have a balcony as well. Also, on this first floor there are 3 bathrooms with toilet (one with jacuzzi bath and two with showers).

The same part of Villa Dubrovnik Sea Palace right by the pool there is is a luxury equipped spacious annex on the pool level COMPLETELY ON YOUR PRIVATE DISPOSITION in which you enter over the sunny terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs perfect for dining Al Fresco just above the pool. Here in the annex you will find everything you need when you enjoy soaking up the sun on the sunbeds and swimming in the pool, from the fully equipped modern kitchen with oven, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and a washing machine… to one Shower Room with a massage shower and toilet. A dining area with dining table and chairs with a view to the sea through the „floor to ceiling high glass windows“ across the pool is also the part of this annex as well as small living room with a large new angle sofa (which can be converted into the one double bed), armchair, coffee table and Sat Lcd Tv with Dvd. The annex is also completely air-conditioned with free Wi-Fi Internet access and excellent connected with the main villa only few steps through the garden.

Property Outside

The villa exterior was built and decorated in authentic Mediterranean architectural style perfectly nestled above the Trsteno harbour using the white stone materials with a large glass windows. The whole villa is surrounded by well cared for garden full of flowers, fruits, lavander, rosemary and many other Mediterranean plants.

In front of the villa there is a 7m x 4m (from 1,2m to 1,8m depth) private heated pool with a roman stairs and outside shower where you can enjoy far away from tourist crowds swimming and soaking up the sun on the sunloungers with parasols on the sun deck by the pool. Also on the terrace next to the pool there is an outdoor dining table with chairs great for summer breakfast or romantic dinner al fresco.

Parking is only 30m below the villa right on the sea shore.

*GOOD TO KNOW:

Due to steep stairs which leads you up from the parking to the villa we do not recommend this villa to persons with mobility problems!
