Villa Crystal is designer 5 star holiday villa with private pool located on the gorgeous spot right by the sea in Sumartin on island Brac. With four bedrooms and five bathrooms, private gym and sauna it is comfortable luxury house for up to eight persons, perfect for your vacation with family and friends.

Newly constructed on three levels the villa is an outstanding example of modern Dalmatian architecture. Carefully thought out by an interior designer, every attention to detail and comfort has been considered. Built as a family home, a reflection of modern family attitudes, it has large and incredibly light and airy rooms opening on to extensive terraces, partly shaded, comfortably furnished and very well equipped for outdoor living. Created using the finest white Brac stone as seen on the American White house, villa Crystal is creme de la creme of the modern mediterranean architecture.

Villa is staffed with a house maid and manager who also acts as a concierge so this is a property in which guests can truly relax and be looked after from the moment they arrive.

Individually and stylishly decorated with uncluttered elegance, all the bedrooms open out onto terraces with fabulous views over the bay of Sumartin and the Biokovo mountain range.

Cushions, blinds and bedspreads are rich and textured, with silks and materials sourced from around the world. All the air-conditioned bedrooms have Egyptian cotton linens with opulent bathrooms and plenty of fluffy towels to pamper oneself with after a day in the sea or around the pool. The villa is ideally located for exploring the beaches and islands of the Dalmatian Coast.

There are a few small beaches within the bay itself with many more in nearby coves. However no matter where you go you may be sure you will find perfectly transparent, clean unpolluted sea. The Villa has a mooring for visiting boats and larger vessels can be anchored in the bay or in Sumartin harbour. A boat and skipper can be hired on a daily basis allowing guests to be transported to other islands and to experience a full range of water sports.

A famous Zlatni Rat beach ( Golden Cape ) is natural phenomenon and one of the most beautifull beaches on the whole Adriatic coast is about 20 min drive away fom the villa in charming village of Bol with numerous tavernas and restaurants by the sea with mediterranean delicacies accompanied by the famous croatian wines, bars and cafes in the unique small harbour.

We also reccomend you to visit the highest peak on island Brac (778m) on Vidova Gora hill with breathtaking view to the all islands in Split archipelago accross the sea and great traditional restaurant (konoba) with local specialities.

You enter in the villa main entrance hall full of sun light with full height glass windows giving access to the stunning sea and mountain views.

Villa Crystal is constructed on three levels perfectly connected with indoor stairs. On the top floor there are two double bedrooms each with ensuited bathroom, sat lcd tv and balconies with outdoor funiture where you can enjoy in amazing sea view.

The spacious living room on the middle floor combines contemporary furniture, sofas and armchairs, media room, office, glass wine cellar, artwork and sculpture mixed with antique and vintage pieces from France and India.

The same part of the living area is dining room with designer dining table and chairs for up to eight persons as well as the stylish kitchen with uninterrupted views over the bay and holds all the gadgets needed to make cooking and hosting a pleasure.

The other two double bedrooms each with ensuited showerroom are perfectly fitted on the groundfloor with outside terrace by the pool.

The whole villa has air condition, wi-fi Internet access as well as Gym and Finnish sauna on the groundlevel.

Relax and unwind in complete privacy watching the sea surrounded with mediterranean garden and pine trees. The villa exterior is unique and relaxing perfect for dining Al Fresco on the outside terrace with outdoor furniture, bbq and dining table comfortable for up to 8 people.

Enjoy swimming in the private infinity pool and sunbathing on the sunbeds in complete privacy of the Villa Crystal.

A private pool with roman stairs and outside shower is perfectly fitted in front of the house with sunbathing platform with sunbeds, parasols and measures 6m x 4m with the max. depth of 1.6 m. Villa has direct private sea access with private wooden jetty right by the sea only few steps below the pool and boat mooring.
