If you want to swim in the crystal clear sea and enjoy soaking up the sun we recommend the beautifull pebble beaches in Viganj only 500 meters from the villa. The nearest groceries, restaurants and cafes on the sea promenade in Viganj are only few min walk away .

A charming historical town of Orebic with unique ambient of old captains houses and lovely sea promenade is just few minutes drive away. Explore the medevial town of Korcula, the birthplace of Marco Polo on the nearby Korcula island well connected with everyday numerous ferry lines from the Orebic old town harbour.

You enter in this luxury stone villa over the outside terrace directly on the groundfloor in the living area stylish decorated and furnished with fireplace, wooden floor, sofa, armchairs and Sat Lcd Tv. The same part of the living area is dining room with dining table and chairs to seat 6. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, cooker, microwave, dishwsher, fridge and all modern kitchen amenities is right next to the dining room on this floor as well.

Indoor stairs leads you up on the first floor with two bedrooms. The first bedroom is double with Sat Lcd TV and view to the sea. The second twin bedroom with sea view consisits two single beds and sat tv. Here on this floor there is also one bathroom with shower and toile, bidet. Indoos stairs leads you up on the second floor in the third Master bedroom with amazing sea view and double bed. This bedroom consists ensuited bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet,bidet.

The villa has Air Condition and Free WI- FI Internet access.

Villa exterior is completely made of white stone in authentical old Mediterranean style. With well cared for garden and outside terrace this is the perfect place to enjoy on open. A private swimming pool which measures 7m x 3,5m x 1,5m depth with ladders , sunbeds ,outside shower is in front of the villa.

Here right next to the pool there is outside lounge area with small sofa and coffee table. On the terrace by the pool there is also outside dining area with table,chairs and BBQ perfect for dining Al Fresco with amazing sea view. In front of the villa there is also little stone cottage with utility room, washing machine and one extra toilet.
