You enter the villa over the outside covered terrace which overlooks the Primosten harbour and crystal clear Adriatic sea, perfect for the first morning coffee or romantic dinner with a glass of wine. The villa interior is simply decorated and well furnished with a lot of sunlight. From the all of windows in the house you can enjoy in amazing sea view and Primosten harbour.
Directly from the outside terrace you enter on the first floor in the dining room with dining table and chairs comfortable for six persons. Here there is an open plan kitchen fully equipped with cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. The same part of dining area is living room with sofa, coffee table and Lcd Sat Tv. On this floor there is a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Indoor stairs leads you op on the second floor of this charming house.
Here, on the second floor there are 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is double, equipped with one double bed and balcony with sea view. The second bedroom is twin with two single beds. On this floor there is a bathroom with shower and toilet. A spiral staircase leads you up to a gallery in the attic with a large third bedroom with one double bed.

Villa Sunrise Primosten is old stone house made in traditional mediterranean style and one of the prettiest houses in Primosten. It has been built in 19th century and finally renovated in 2012., with respect to old dalmatian architecture and local heritage.
Exterior of the villa is made of white dalmatian stone in combination with wooden shutters and outside terrace with view to the beach and Primosten harbour where you can enjoy in the summer on open by the sea. A picturesque harbour with seaside promenade is in front of villa perfect for evening strolling and watching the famous Primosten sunsets.
The guests have one parking space for free and it is located approximately 200m from the house and is protected with a ramp. If guests come with a second car, it has to be parked in the town's official parking lot at a cost of 5€ per day.
