Villa consists 3 LUXURY SEPARATED SUITES: Revelin Suite, Stradun Suite on the groundfloor of the villa and Orlando Suite on the first floor, each with its own entrance. ( All 3 suites can be rented together as one unit so the whole villa will be only for you, perfect for summer holiday with your family or friends in complete privacy.)

Banje beach is within walking distance from the suite as well as Dubrovnik’s finest restaurants, cafes & wine bars, groceries and the boat to the beaches on romantic Lokrum Island.
Explore The Rector’s and Sponza Palaces, old city walls, the Cathedral, St. Blaise’s Church, Europe’s oldest pharmacy housed within the Franciscan Monastery, Marin Drzic Theatre, museums and art galleries which are all just a short walk away from the suite.

You enter the Luxury Suite Orlando over the outside terrace with table and chairs on the first floor directly in the living / dining room. The whole suite has unique historical decor of old Dubrovnik and the high standard of comfort and modern luxury.
Here in the living/dining room there is a sofa which can be converted into 1 double bed, Sat Lcd Tv, dining table comfortable for 4 persons as well as fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge.
The whole suite is air conditioned and has WI-FI Internet access.
From the living room you enter the one double bedroom with view to the sea and Dubrovnik old town.
Bedroom has one double bed. The suite has one bathroom with shower and toilet as well as one separated toilet.
Villa exterior is really impressive. It is typicall old Dubrovnik historical building perfectly fitted in the medevial ambience of Revelin fortress and Old Town walls.
Newly built infinity pool which measures 7m x 4m is nestled in the garden above the villa with amazing view to the sea across the old town. Relax and enjoy on the sunbeds by the pool or dining Al Fresco accompanied with a glass of famous Croatian wine.
From the villa and Luxury Suite Orlando it is easy to explore the whole town and enjoy on the beach without a car. All of Dubrovnik beaches are within walking distance, Buza rocky beach below the old town walls, Banje beach or Sveti Jakov pebble beach as well as the boat to the beaches on romantic Lokrum Island. Also, from the Gruz harbour there are everyday ferry lines to the nearby Elafiti islands: Sipan, Lopud and Kolocep.
