The nearest pebble beach is only 3km from the property in nearby Sumpetar with summer restaurant „Posejdon“ where you can enjoy in sea delicacies accompanied with famous croatian wines such as Posip and Plavac. Also taverna „ Konoba Bajso“ with traditional mediterranean cuisine, domestic food and wine is within 1 km distance from your villa.

Discover the local area and explore the beauties of the river of Cetina in nearby town of Omiš and village Radmanove mlinice where you can find a lot of entertainment such as rafting , trekking in nature as well as zip- line adventure over the canyon of Cetina river. Explore few kilometres long natural beaches and swim in the crystal clear sea in Brela about 20 min drive away from the house. The old town of Split , only 18 km away, with 1700 years old Diocletian palace, Jupiter temple, Cathedral of St.Domnius (Sveti Duje) , unique ancient town, Peristil square and stone paved streets it is a must see place.

The interior of this luxury villa is modern and luxury furnished full of sun light. You enter in the villa over the outside terrace directly in the spacious living / dining room with sofa, armchair, fireplace and sat lcd tv.

The same part of the living area is a dining room with dining table and chairs comfortable for eight persons. Here there is also an open plan modern kitchen fully equipped with cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee & tea maker, refrigerator with freezer and all kitchen amenities. On this floor there is also one guest bathroom.

Indoor stairs leads you up on the first floor with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom each with balcony with splendid sea view and ensuited bathroom with toilet .

Also from the groundfloor living /dining room indoor stairs leads you down on the lower level with 2 double bedrooms each with ensuited bathroom. On this floor there is also Gym and Finnish Sauna.

The whole villa is air conditioned and has wi-fi Internet access.

Enjoy soaking up the sun on the outside terrace in front of the villa with splendid view to the island Brac across the crystal clear sea in complete privacy and mediterranen ambience of village Sumpetar.

On the outside terrace in front of the villa there is a private swimming pool ( 8m x 4m ) with a hydro massage Jacuzzi tub, outdoor shower, WC and shaded area with table and chairs. This is a perfect place for enjoying an evening drink while watching the sun set. The BBQ and covered terrace with comfortable furniture and a beautiful circular dining table are ideal for dining al fresco during the warm evenings.
