Enjoy on the amazing natural beach of Zastup in Splitska only 400 m from the house. The nearest shops, groceries, you will find in Splitska and in the nearby Supetar only 5 min drive away from the property from where you can easily hop to the town of Split by ferry with hourly connection.

Here in Splitska as well as in Supetar you will discover the Mediterranean as it once was strolling over the seaside promenade in the lovely harbour with numerous tavernas and restaurants by the sea. Another nearby place close to the villa is Sutivan, the unique town with the soul of old Dalmatia.

The whole island Brac is gem full of hidden natural beauties. We also reccomend you to visit the highest peak on island Brac (778m) on Vidova Gora hill with breathtaking view to the all islands in Split archipelago accross the sea and great traditional restaurant (konoba) with local specialities. About 40 min drive away and you are in Bol, the famous summer destination with the most beautifull beach Zlatni Rat ( Golden Cape ) symbol of the Adriatic.

Villa interior is designed in modern mediterranean style with touch of luxury full of light and open view to the sea and sun garden with private pool in front of the villa.

Luxury Villa Brac is built with two independent excellent connected apartments. You enter the main apartment from the pool terrace directly on the groundfloor with spacious living room with sofa, armchair, sat lcd tv. The same part of the living area is dining room with dining table and chairs as well as open plan fully equipped kitchen and separate toilet.

Indoor stairs leads you up on the first floor with 3 bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, laundry area and a gym. Two bedrooms are with balcony and one balcony is equipped with jacuzzi where you can enjoy in complete relaxation watching the sea.

Small apartment is located on the ground floor of the villa and has one bedroom with bathroom and kitchen. This apartment has separate entrance door and direct approach to the outside terrace with pool.

The whole villa is air conditioned and has wi-fi Internet access.
