This charming mediterranean cottage is positioned on the elevated spot right above the beach Zlatni Rat in Bol on island Brac. Overlooking the sea accross the green vineyard in front of the house and island Hvar, Beach Cottage is perfect place for smaller families and couples. With private swimming pool, charming outside terrace great for dining al fresco and two bedrooms this small property is comfortable for up to 4 persons. Zlatni Rat beach is natural phenomenon and one of the most beautifull beaches on the whole Adriatic coast only 300m from the house.
Only two kilometres away and you are in the village Bol. With numerous tavernas and restaurants by the sea with mediterranean delicacies accompanied by the famous croatian wines, bars and cafes in the unique small harbour in Bol, this place is definitely our recommendation for your perfect summer holiday in Croatia. The nearest shops , groceries, fruit and vegetables market you will also find in nearby Bol. If you more prefer active holiday in a walking distance from the cottage you will find diving and windsurfing centres right on the beach, tennis courts, gym and wellness in the nearby hotel Elaphusa Bol.
We also reccomend you to visit the highest peak on island Brac (778m) on Vidova Gora hill with breathtaking view to the all islands in Split archipelago accross the sea and great traditional restaurant (konoba) with local specialities.
Bol is very well connected with town of Split , the Unesco heritage site , with everyday catamaran lines from Bol harbour as well as with everyday ferries from Supetar.

You enter in this small charming house over the outside terrace by the pool directly on the groundfloor in the living / dining area. Here thre is dining table and chairs to seat four as well as fully equipped open plan kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, dishwashwer and refrigerator with freezer. Also the same part of the dining area is living room with sofa, Sat Lcd TV and coffee table. The whole house is air conditioned.
On the groundfloor there is one double bedroom with sat tv, ensuited bathroom with shower and toilet. On this floor there is also one extra bathroom with wc.
Indoor stairs leads you up in the second bedroom with one double bed and lovely view to the sea accross the vineyards in front of the Beach Cottage.
Beach Cottage offers free WI-FI Internet access.
With amazing view to the sea and island Hvar from the whole property, Beach Cottage is also surrounded with green vineyards above the Zlatni Rat beach . Relax and unwind on the terrace by the pool soaking up the sun on the sunbeds or enjoy dining al fresco on the outside terrace with BBQ, outdoor dining table and chairs.
The swimming pool has outside shower and measures 6m x 4m with the depth of 1,5m. Outside of the house there is small utility room with the washing machine.
A private parking is beside the villa.
