Overlooking the crystal clear sea this luxury villa is located on the beautiful beach in a charming village of Drasnice on the Makarska Riviera. With a private pool and direct access to the beach villa is modern decorated and luxury equipped holiday home comfortable for up to 10 persons with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Each part of the villa is designed for your pleasure; it is entirely air-conditioned, each room has a balcony with a view of the sea. Entire ground floor is designed only for relaxation…. a swimming pool hidden from view, deck chairs and furniture, every evening coloured and completed into a perfect picture by a purple sunset. Enjoy dining al fresco on the outside dining area with bbq and relaxing Mediterranean ambience.

The nearest bars, seaside restaurants and local shops are within walking distance, 200m from the villa, here in Drasnice. A town of Makarska with a lovely harbour and sea promenade, huge offer of the restaurants with sea food delicacies, bars and bustling nightlife is 15 km away from your villa.

We also recommend to visit nearby town of Split, the UNESCO heritage site with 1700 years old Diocletian´s Palace and antique town.

Property Inside

Luxury furnished and modern decorated villa is entirely air conditioned with free wi-fi internet access. Built on 3 levels it is comfortable house for up to 10 persons.

The ground floor is created for relaxation. This large space is dominated by a sofa and a sat lcd tv. In addition, on the ground floor there is a double bedroom and two bathrooms, one of which has its entrance from the bedroom. Indoor stairs leads you up on two upper floors.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, each with enclosed bathroom with toilet. The first floor is dominated by a south orientated living room with a fireplace, sofa, coffee table, sat lcd tv and a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a dining room.

On the second floor there are two double bedrooms, each with enclosed bathroom with toilet. Also the second floor is dominated by a south orientated living room with fireplace, sofa, coffee table, sat lcd tv and a large open plan kitchen with a dining room for six people.

A lot of attention has been paid on every detail in the villa interior. All bathrooms and the entire ground floor are furnished with floor heating and upstairs on the floors there is parquet of the highest quality, which makes your footwear absolutely unnecessary during your vacation.

Property Outside

Relax and unwind soaking up the sun far away from everyday stress on the outside terrace with a private pool right above the beach. Outdoor lounge area with sunbeds, parasols, sofa and armchairs by the pool is perfect to enjoy in the mediterranean ambience overlooking the sea. In front of the villa there is also outdoor dining area with bbq ideal for dining al fresco.

Only few steps down from the villa and you are on the beach.

Villa has private parking only 50m from the house.
