This modern luxury villa on two floors excellent connected with indoor stairs is approached over the private parking. The whole interior is spacious, full of sun light with the surface of 280m².

You enter in the spacious living room stylish decorated with big glass windows, leather sofa, coffee table and Sat Lcd Tv. Here, in the same part of the living area is a dining room with dining table and chairs as well as fully equipped white kitchen with all amenities such as stove, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge & coffee machine. Only one step from the dining room and you are on the balcony with outdoor furniture perfect for enjoy in unique view to the sea and myriad of luxury yachts sailing through the bay.

On this floor apart from the living room there is master bedroom with one double bed, sea view and enclosed bathroom with Sat Lcd Tv, bath tub, walk in shower and toilet. One separated toilet is on this floor, too.

Indoor stairs leads you down to the lower level with direct access to the private pool and outside terrace in the Mediterranean garden. On this lower floor there are 3 double bedrooms each with sat lcd tv, enclosed bathroom with shower and toilet as well as one twin bedroom wih two single beds also equipped with sat lcd tv, bathroom with shower and toilet. Here on this floor there is utility room with washing machine.
