You enter in this exclusive villa from the private parking lot directly on the groundfloor in the modern luxury designed 150m2 spacious interior directly in the living area equipped with Italian designer furniture , sofa, Sat LED TV and all modern luxury amenities. The same part of the living area is a dining room with dining table, chairs to seat 6 and fully equipped high-end kitchen with espresso coffee machine and mini bar.
From the living / dining area you exit on the terrace with wooden floor and private infinity swimming pool with four sunbeds and parasols where you will enjoy relaxing soaking up the sun watching the sea. Here on this floor there is also one guest toilet. Indoor stairs leads you up on the first floor in the sleeping area with two spacious double bedrooms with sea balconies. Each of the bedrooms consists safe box, Sat LED TV, private bathroom with bathtub and rain shower separate, lighted makeup mirror, exclusive bathroom amenities, hair dryer, makeup table, bathrobes and slippers. Few stairs down from the living area there is the 3rd double bedroom with bathroom.
