As you enter the villa through the impressive courtyard area it seems that time stopped centuries ago. Originally mentioned back in the second half of the 18th century, Villa Konavle is a wonder of tradition and culture, a monument to a time when the aristocracy ruled the region, a time of nobility. A nearby town of Cavtat is only 5km away from the villa with the lovely seaside promenade with myriad of moored smart yachts and the restaurants, bars with summer terraces by the sea. The nearest pebble beach in Cavtat is only ten minutes drive away from the villa as well as Pasjaca hidden beach in Konavle. The nearest grocery is only 200m from the property within walking distance.

Dubrovnik old town,the Unesco heritage site, with numerous amazing beaches, its famous old city walls, medevial square „Stradun“ and the finest restaurants is only 30min drive away from this charming holiday villa.

With its strong stone walls and traditional mediterranean style exterior the villa will impress you even before you enter. You enter in the villa through the courtyard with a small fountain, with a feature Konavle style window and a magnificent Cyprus tree in the centre which will leaves you impresed. Every room in this house and the whole interior have a special touch but each also highlighting the very best of Mediterranean design; Villa Tereza still has the feel of nobility.

On the groundfloor there is a stylish living room, luxury furnished in the fusion of the traditional and the modern style equipped with wooden floor, fireplace, leather sofa ,armchairs , coffee table and sat tv, dvd. The same part of the living area is dining room with dining table and chairs with a view to the courtyard through the glass window. Here there is also fully equipped kitchen with oven, cooker, fridge, dishwasher, tea and coffee maker and all modern kitchen amenities with small dining table with chairs great for the breakfast or the first morning coffee. On this floor there is one guest toilet and tavern with dining table in the unique traditional ambience.

Indoor stairs leads you up on the first floor in the sleeping area with 4 double spaciuos bedrooms with balcony and view to the pool in the beautifull green mediterranean garden in front of the villa. On this floor there are two bathrooms; one with shower,toilet and the second with the jacuzzi bathtub and toilet. A separated utility room with washing machine and one extra guest toilet is on the groundfloor whith the entrance from the outside terrace in the garden.

The whole villa is Air-conditioned and has free WI-FI Internet access.

Villa is surrounded with spacious green Mediterranean garden with plenty of space to enjoy relaxing in the complete privacy of this countryside villa. In front of the house there is outside stone paved terrace with dining table and chairs perfect for the breakfast or dining Al Fresco in true Mediterranean ambience.
