Villa Rose is charming mediterranean house with lovely green garden and private swimming pool. It is situated in Celopeci, a small peacefull village near Dubrovnik, only 15 km from Dubrovnik Airport and town of Cavtat. With two bedrooms this is a perfect holiday villa for smaller families or couples far away from summer crowds. The nearest pebble beach and the restaurants, caffe bars are only 5 min drive away in nearby Mlini and Srebreno as well as shops, bakeries and supermarkets.
Excellent choice of fish restaurants and trattorias with seaside terraces you can find in nearby Cavtat, one of the prettiest croatian towns on the Adriatic coast. About 15 min drive away from villa and you are in Dubrovnik, the Unesco heritage site. Discover a magic of Dubrovnik old town, unique Banje or Sveti Jakov beach, the old city walls and the main town square called Stradun.

Villa Rose interior is simply decorated and well furnished with a lot of sun light very comfortable for 4 persons. Over the outside terrace you enter the villa on the groundfloor in the dining room with dining table and chairs to seat four from where you can enjoy in a view to the pool and lovely garden through the big glass window. The same part of the dining area is open plan living room with big sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and Sat Tv with DVD. Also, here there is a fireplace excellent fitted in the villa interior style.
From the living / dining room you enter in the kitchen fully equipped with cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge with freezer. Indoor wooden stairs leads you up from the living room to the sleeping area on the first floor . Here there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom is double with one double bed . The second bedroom has one double bed which can be converted in two single separated beds. On this floor there are two bathrooms; one bathroom with bath tub and toilet and another with shower cabin, toilet and washing machine. There is also one separated toilet in the house.
The whole villa interior is air-conditioned and has free WI-FI Internet access.
A green, well cared for mediterranean garden surrounds this charming house. In front of the villa in the garden there is a swimming pool with roman steps and outside shower which measures 7m length x 3m width. The pool depth is 1,5m. Relax and enjoy your vacation soaking up the sun on the wooden sunbeds with parasols by the pool.
A covered outside terrace is in front of the house with outdoor dining table and chairs ideal for summer dining alfresco. Here on the terrace there is a barbecue, too.
