Enjoy in seafood delicacies accompanied by the famous croatian wines in numerous tavernas and restaurants right by the sea. Here in Primosten there is everyday fresh fruit and vegetables market as well as groceries, shops.

During your vacation in our villa we recommend to visit National Park Krka with splendid waterfalls and unspoilted nature. Nearby town of Split, the Unesco heritage site, with 1700 years old Roman Palace and antique old town is inevitable summer destination.

Villa interior is stylish decorated with chic details and equipped with high end amenities. Excellent connected with the sunny outside terrace the whole villa interior is completely air conditioned with free wi-fi internet access.

You enter the villa on the groundfloor directly in the well furnished living room with sofa, fireplace, coffee table and sat flat tv. One step from the living area there is a dining room with dining table and chairs as well as fully equipped open plan modern kitchen. On this floor there is also one double bedroom with enclosed bathroom, walk-in shower and toilet. One extra separated toilet is in the living room, too.

Indoor stairs leads you up on the first floor of this villa with 3 double bedrooms each with balcony and amazing view, its own enclosed bathroom with shower and toilet. Each bedroom in the villa consists sat flat tv.

From the living room on the groundfloor indoor stairs leads you down to the cellar with small gym and utility room with a washing machine.

Built in a modern Mediterranean style, this luxury villa offers a lot of outside space, spacious sunny garden and outdoor terrace with dining table and chairs perfect to enjoy dining al fresco in relaxing ambience. In the garden there is also bbq and outdoor lounge area with sofas.
