You enter this exclusive villa from the east, either through the main door or directly from the private garage with parking for two vehicles on the groundfloor in the living / dining area. The whole interior is luxury equipped with high end amenities, modern designed and fully air conditioned with wi-fi Internet access.

Bathing in daylight, this common living / dining space with sat flat tv, sofas and armchairs of Croatia's internationally acclaimed brand ´Prostoria´ is excellent conneceted with the outside terrace and private pool. The dining room with a fine wooden dining table seating up to 12 guests is the same part of the living area. To the left, a modern open plan kitchen with top-notch appliances enables you to enjoy a completely self-sustainable stay, but also a drop-in visit by a private chef. Also in the roomy living area to the right, there is a Relax – Zone with small Gym as well as one separated guest toilet and laundry on the groundfloor.

The central indoor staircase leads you up to the first floor in the sleeping area with 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, private balcony and Sat flat tv. With high ceilings and voluminous space, these rooms feel grand and make it easy to accommodate extra guests on pull-out sofas. Front rooms are with view to the Adriatic Sea, while the side ones meditate upon serene village imagery.

Villa exterior is built in modern mediterranean style surrounded by sunny garden and spacious outside terrace with bbq, outdoor dining table and chairs perfect for dining al fresco. Relax and unwind in relaxing ambience soaking up the sun on the sunbeds in front of the villa or swimming in the private heated pool (45m²) far away from tourist crowds.

If you are travelling with family, the outside terrace with complete privacy is bound to entertain and bring together all generations in your party.
