A nearby pebble beach in Plat bay is only 1km from the property and also nearby restaurants. Only few minutes by car and you are in Cavtat, charming town with a lovely promenade by the sea, myriad of moored yachts, fine restaurants, bars and groceries. From Cavtat town it is also possible to reach the Old Town of Dubrovnik by everyday boat lines.

Dubrovnik Old Town is 15 min away from the villa. Explore medevial old city walls, cultural heritage of The Rector’s and Sponza Palaces, the Cathedral, Europe’s oldest pharmacy housed within the Franciscan Monastery or numerous beaches close to the old town. Luxury interior of this villa is stylish decorated, full of sun light and equipped with the finest elements from the white marble, antique furniture to modern high end amenities. Excellent connected with the outside terrace the whole villa is air conditioned with free wi-fi internet access. You enter the villa on the groundfloor in the spacious glossy living room with large glass windows through which you can enjoy in unique view to the crystal clear Adriatic Sea. Living area is well furnished with two sofas, coffee table, sat flat tv and has direct access to the balcony with outdoor furniture. The same part of the living room is a dining area with a large dining table, chairs as well as fully equipped open plan luxury kitchen. On this floor there is also one bathroom with shower and toilet.

From the living room indoor stairs leads you up on the first floor of this villa in the sleeping area with 2 double bedrooms and one twin with two single beds which can be joined in one double bed. Each of the bedrooms has balcony with panoramic sea view and sat flat tv. One of the bedrooms has enclosed bathroom with bathub and toilet. On the first floor there is also one separated bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet and bidet.

Descending from the living room over the indoors stairs you enter another the lowest floor of this villa with direct access to the pool. Here there are 2 double bedrooms each with sat flat tv and exit to the terrace by the pool as well as two separated bathrooms with bath tubs and toilets. On this floor there is also small living room with sofa, sat lcd tv, kitchenette and Gym. Utility room with washing machine is on this level, too.

Villa exterior is modern designed with the elements of old Dubrovnik architectural style. Outside white terrace in front of the villa with open view to the sea, outdoor dining table, chairs and Bbq is perfect place to start your day with the first morning coffee or dining al fresco in a pleasant Mediterranean ambience.

Relax and unwind swimming in the private infinity pool or sunbathing on the sundeck by the pool with sunbeds, parasols and outside shower. Adjacent to the pool is outdoor covered lounge area with outdoor furniture, sofa and armchairs under the shade.
