Comfortable for up to 10 persons featuring 5 bedrooms, Villa Divine View is located on Dubrovnik Riviera in a small village of Komaji only 10 min drive away from Dubrovnik Airport, 15 min from the charming town of Cavtat with lovely harbour and 30 min drive away from Dubrovnik old town, the UNESCO world heritage site. Discover the beauties of Dubrovnik old town walls, The Rector’s and Sponza Palaces, the Cathedral or Europe’s oldest pharmacy housed within the Franciscan Monastery. Stradun square in the heart of old town is perfect choice to feel the Mediterranean as it once was or wine & dine in the finest restaurants and wine bars.
A nearby Pasjaca beach is perfect place to enjoy in crystal clear sea as well as numerous pebble beaches on Dubrovnik Riviera, Cavtat area and in Dubrovnik old town such as Saint Jacob beach and Coral beach with chic lounge bar.
The nearest grocery shop is a 7 minute drive from the property. Wider choice of supermarkets, bars and fine seaside restaurants such as „Leut“ and „Dalmacija“ with the mediterranean delicacies accompanied by the famous croatian wines you will find in nearby town of Cavtat. A green Konavle region is short drive away from the villa so why not to awake your senses in the famous traditional restaurant „Konavoski Dvori“ with the ancient mill right next to the Ljuta river.

Luxury equipped and modern designed with stylish funiture and chic details the whole villa interior is air conditioned with free wi-fi Internet access. You enter in the villa over the outside terrace with pool directly in the spacious living area with fireplace, two sofas, armchair and wooden coffee table. Here there is also dining room with dining table and chairs as well as open plan modern kitchen fully equipped with all amenities.
Two bedroom "compartments" are situated on each side of the open living / dining room one of the left side and the second on the right side. Each compartment has two double bedrooms with sat flat tv and a bathroom. Two bedrooms have direct access to the outside terrace.
There are also two lofts aprroached over the indoor stairs from the living room – one with a double bed and one with a sofa bed.
In the living area there is one separated guest toilet with wc and washbasin.
The whole external area of this villa overlooks the sea and it is designed in authentic mediterranean architectural style respecting the surrounding nature and old Dubrovnik tradition. A spacious outside terrace with dining table and chairs for up to 10 persons under the pergola in front of the house is perfect for dining al fresco in relaxing ambience. Enjoy in the first morning coffee or watching the sunset with a glass of wine on the outside lounge area with outdoor sofa and armchairs.
Relax and unwind soaking up the sun on the sunloungers on the sundeck or in small cabana by the private infinity pool with outside shower.
