Villa Agave is approached over the Mediterranean garden and seaside terrace with outdoor furniture directly in the stylish open-plan living / dining room on the groundfloor. This unique interior of living /dining area is everyone’s favourite space with an open fireplace, sofas, armchairs , Sat TV, DVD and punctuated on two sides by large original paintings by celebrated Croatian artists. The same part of the living area is dining room with table and chairs comfortable for 8 persons. A fully equipped kitchen with cooker,oven, fridge, dishwasher is on this floor too.

Inside, Villa Agave is one of a kind. Countless rare pieces adorn the space, from a rocking-horse chair to a beautiful 100 years old floral rug. Contemporary designed and furnished with touch of luxury, authentic antique charm sweep through every restful room of this holiday villa. Villa Agave has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom / wc, Sat TV. Also, few stairs down there is a quite separated relaxation / meditation room.The exposed wooden stairs transports you up from the living room on the first floor to a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom/wc, sat tv. This 3rd white-walled master bedroom on the first floor has an elegant four-posted bed and one extra separated bathroom with a vintage self-standing bath offering magical views over Lokrum Island across the crystal clear Adriatic Sea. Here on this floor there is a small office room with terrace as well. All of these 3 beautiful , airy bedrooms in Villa Agave have original wood floors and timber ceiling-beams. The whole villa is Air-conditioned and has WI-FI Internet access.

Here there is also open lounge area with outdoor furniture. Private beach is right below the villa reachable by the stairs.
