Overlooking the crystal clear Adriatic Sea, nestled on the southern green slopes of Brac island, Sunny Cottage Bol is a new charming villa perfect for couples and the smaller families. Surrounded by olive trees and vineyard, villa is situated in a quiet part of Bol near the lovely pebble beach close to Dominican Monastery. With complete privacy, luxury equipped interior featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, villa is a comfortable holiday home for up to 4 guests.
Relax and enjoy in the private infinity pool with Jacuzzi in front of the villa or soaking up the sun on the sun deck in the unique Mediterranean ambience. A sunny terrace above the pool with a covered outdoor dining area and bbq is great for the first morning coffee or dining Al fresco during the warm summer evenings accompanied by the glass of famous croatian wines.
Only few minutes from the villa and you are on the famous Zlatni Rat beach ( Golden Cape ) in Bol one of the most beautifull beaches in Croatia. Here in Bol you will enjoy in numerous tavernas and restaurants by the sea with mediterranean delicacies, bars and cafes in the picturesque small harbour. The nearest shops, groceries, fruit and vegetables market you will also find in Bol as well as diving and windsurfing centres right on the beach, tennis courts.
The whole island Brac is full of hidden beauties where you can discover the Mediterranean as it once was. Bol is very well connected with town of Split, the Unesco heritage site, with everyday catamaran lines from Bol harbour as well as with everyday numerous ferries from Supetar.

Sunny Cottage Bol is a newly built house filled with all amenities you need to have a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.
You enter the villa over the outside terrace directy in the dining room with a dining table and chairs as well as fully equipped open plan modern kitchen. Next to the kitchen and dining area there is a living room with a sofa, Sat flat tv, Dvd and Hi-Fi stereo system. Here there are also two double bedrooms each with Sat flat tv and two bathrooms.
The whole villa is air conditioned with free wi-fi Internet access.
The exterior of the villa is perfectly fitted in the Mediterranean environment with stone walls, stone paved terrace surrounded by olive trees and green vineyard.
In front of the house there is a sunny outside terrace with private infinity pool, Jacuzzi and sundeck as well as outdoor dining area with bbq perfect for dining al fresco.
Next to the pool there is also a trampoline for kids to enjoy and give their parents some free time. On our guest disposition villa offers 3 bikes free of charge with safety helmets.
