Beach Villa Primosten is located on the Adriatic coast in charming seaside village of Bilo, only 10 km from the Primosten old town. Everything you need is close to the villa. Restaurants by the sea, bars and trattorias with mediterranean cuisine accompanied with famous croatian wines are only two minutes drive away. Primosten is real gem, a charming town on peninsula with picturesque old town and long beaches where you will discover the soul of true Mediterranean as it once was.

We recommend to visit the nearby Krka National Park with splendid waterfalls Skradinski Buk, Roski Slap and islet of Visovac. A town of Split, the Unesco heritage site, is about one hour drive away from your villa. With its 1700 years old Diocletian Palace and unique old town, piazzas, Riva, the Cathedral of Saint Domnius, it is a must see summer destination.

The whole villa interior is luxury furnished and modern designed. Villa is constructed on two perfectly connected levels.

You enter in the villa from the private parking directly on the upper floor in the spacious living area with sofa, sat flat tv from where you have direct access to the seaside spectacular terrace with sunbeds. The whole living area is full of sun light so you can enjoy in stunning sea view through the fully height glass windows. The same part of the living area is dining room with dining table as well as fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker and all amenities. On this floor there is one double bedroom with en-suited bathroom as well as seaside terrace and open sea view.

Outdoor stairs leads you down on the ground floor level into the two-floor flat. Here on the lower level in this flat there is a spacious living area luxury furnished with sofa, armchairs, sat flat tv. Of course, the same part of the living area is open plan dining room with dining table and chairs as well as fully equipped modern kitchen. On this lower level there is one bathroom. Indoor stairs leads you on the upper level of this flat where there are 3 double bedrooms and two more bathrooms. Both floors of this flat have access to the seaside terrace with private pool.

The whole villa has air condition and free wi-fi Internet access.

A private pool with roman stairs and outside shower is perfectly fitted in front of the house with sunbathing platform with sunbeds, parasols and measures 7,5m x 3m with the max. depth of 1.5 m. Villa has direct private access to the sea and private beach with sunloungers.

If you plan to charter a boat the boat mooring will be arranged for you.
