Made with love and passion for art, luxury furnished and designed in contemporary Mediterranean style, Luxury Villa Hvar is a hedonistic oasis and perfect place for relaxing vacation far away from crowds. Located on the peacefull spot in the heritage village of Vrbanj and surrounded by unspoiled nature and greenery, this villa offers complete privacy whether you enjoy dining Al Fresco on the spacious stone paved terrace or in the luxury designed interior of the villa. With private pool and 3 ensuite bedrooms villa is comfortable for up to 8 people.

Authentic Dalmatian taverns (konobas) with domestic food and traditional dishes, wineries, restaurants and shops are within walking distance from the property here in Vrbanj. The nearest beach in lovely place of Vrboska and Basina bay are only 5 minutes from the villa where you can enjoy in the crystal clear sea or evening strolling over the seaside promenade in the nearby Starigrad town. A famous town of Hvar is 30 minutes away, the unique summer destination with Renaissance square, Fortica fortress and spectacular harbour with bustling night life.

With stylish and luxury furnished 290 m² spacious interior, villa is completely air-conditioned with free wi-fi internet access. You enter the villa over the terrace and outdoor lounge area by the pool on the groundfloor directy in the living room decorated with art paintings, designer details, two sofas and two armchairs with coffee table, contemporary fireplace, Sat flat tv including 1000 tv programs, Dvd and Netflix as well as high-end music system.

The same part of the living area is a dining room with a dining table and chairs to seat 8. For extra touch of hedonism here there is house wine bar with wide selection of wines and humidor box with the finest cigars. Only few steps from the dining area there is a separated study room with desk, Mac computer, library and one more sofa which can be converted into the one extra double bed. Also here on the groundfloor next to the dining room there is a fully equipped open plan kitchen with coffee machine and juicer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer... and all other amenities. On this floor there is also one guest toilet.

Indoor stairs lead you to the first floor with 2 bedrooms each with king size bed, en suite bathroom and Sat flat tv. From the first floor the indoor stairs leads you up to the gallery room with one more double ensuite bedroom decorated with designer details and high-end furniture.

The exterior of the villa is perfectly fitted in the Mediterranean environment of this beautiful village and history of island Hvar. A spacious stone paved terrace with outdoor lounge area and wodden furniture is perfect place for relaxation in complete privacy.

Enjoy on the sun deck soaking up the sun or swimming in the private pool (27m²) with stairs and outdoor shower in front of the villa. Only few steps above the pool there is a gazebo (35m²) with outdoor dining area, dining table, Bbq, electric grill and fully equipped summer kitchen with fridge and dishwasher.
