Fully air conditioned with free wi-fi Internet access villa interior is stylish decorated, full of sun light, well furnished with the touch of luxury. You enter in the house over the seaside terrace right by the beach directly in the living room on the groundfloor with sofa, coffee table, Sat Lcd Tv where you will feel like at your own home.

The same part of living area is an open plan fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. Off the living area there is a dining room with a dining table and chairs as well as one bathroom with toilet and utility room with washing machine.

Indoor stairs leads you up from the dining room on the first floor of this luxury villa with 4 double bedrooms; two with ensuite bathroom and toilet. On this floor there is one separated bathroom/wc as well.

Relax and enjoy in the unique sea ambience in front of this Mediterranean villa on the outside terrace with a dining table and chairs , bbq, only one step from the pebble beach. Dining Al Fresco or sunbathing on the sunbeds in front of the villa with a wonderfull view to the island of Korcula is unique experience. Also, beach in front of the house is great for kids.
